Other: Fiat Scudo, Fiat Ulisse, Lancia Phedra.Ever since being a spotty teenager and drooling over cossies/R5GT turbos and the such-like I've always loved the pwgrrrrrrrr-chhhhhhhhh made by a high pressure turbo car.Ford (G6DB, QXBA, QXWB, QXWA): Focus MK2, C-Max, Galaxy, Kuga, S-Max, Mondeo MK4.Pry and remove plastic cover so you can check valve mechanism.Remove two nuts that hold the cooler with exhaust manifold.Remove copper nut that holds the cooler.Remove metal clip and disconnect second coolant hose.Press on the yellow latch and disconnect engine breather.Gently remove the valve from engine bay.There are 2 or 3 of those, depending on your cars production year. Remove screws that attach valve to the engine.Pry locking pin and disconnect coolant hose.Remove two screws that hold EGR cooler and valve together.Remove two screws next to the EGR valve.Remove two torx screws next to the inlet manifold.Remove bracket, that holds fuel line and silver pipe.2.0HDi 2.0TDCi 2.0D EGR valve cleaning – procedure We are not responsible for any loss or damage Preparation Performing this procedure may cause permanent damage to your car.
